Last week, I requested for a help on the phone number that I can use to get verified PayPal account for online transaction(see my previous thread). I got some response of which one called me with useful info. Yesterday, I got my much anticipated email from PayPal confirming that my account has been verified(see the attachments below). All thanks to those that made it possible.

After then, some people have contacted me through the thread and email asking for me to guide them to get their own verified account. I thought it wise to create this thread so that any other person who is interested can get it. So, I going to explain everything here. It’s very simple and straight forward.

This has been a big challenge, but thanks to payoneer.

Payoneer is the ultimate means of getting USA bank account. I registered payoneer account about 7 months ago which I use to withdraw fund from fiverr.

With the payoneer account alone, you can receive money from several sites including freelancer site like fiverr etc. One good thing with it is that, with payoneer master card, you can withdraw money from any ATM in Nigeria.

How to register and get your master card

Go straight to the registration link above and sign up with your email address. During the registration;
- enter the correct name and number in your national ID card or driving license etc
- enter your correct house address and post code. This is very important, the master card will be delivered directly to the address you stated within two weeks or more. I got mine with in three to four weeks.

If you are following and ready to get your PayPal account, start by registering your payoneer account inorder to get your USA Bank account ready. Also get your personal details ready, if you have any question, ask.

Just be patient and follow, I'm going to explain it vividly, one after the other

Get a strong vpn

After getting the materials mentioned above, you need a strong vpn that will change your IP to United States for the PayPal registration. You can get one via App Store. I used USA vpn as you can see below

After the sign up, PayPal will email you for confirmation. Open your email and click the confirmation link. Make sure that your your vpn is on whenever you want to access PayPal

How to get the account verified

Login to your payoneer account and click menu. Click on receive and then select global payment service. Copy your account number and routing number.

Now, login to your PayPal account and click on add your bank. Scroll down and select other bank and then enter the required information from your payoneer. Remember, your account type is checking. Submit

Next, PayPal will deposit few cents to your payoneer account twice. In my case, $0.09 and $0.01 were deposited into my payoneer account.

Once you get the deposits, copy the amounts. Login to your PayPal account and enter them in two boxes that will be provided. Submit

That is it. Once you adhere strictly to the instructions, PayPal will email you confirming that your account has been verified

but I just want to chip in a little about d public VPN.....one bad thing about using a public or shared VPN is that another person in another place is using that IP address u are using and could be using for fraudulent activities......and once the IP address is blacklisted, it could lead to PayPal blocking your account...

And that's why some experts advise the need to use a dedicated static VPN/IP address that belongs to u only(though its a little expensive )

Whats the time lapse between adding payoneer bank account and these deposits from Paypal? Must i have funds in the account?

Yeah, having a personal IP address is good but costly as you said. If one is not ready for a paid ip, why not use what you have at the moment. Please, don't discourage others from getting what that has been working for many.
