Mr. Man it is a civilian program and NOT a military camp. They are tertiary institution graduates. If the camp commandant had common sense he would know when to draw the line with his soldiers. Just because they are army doesn't mean they have the right to maltreat civilians... if not people would protest against NYSC and the scheme would get scrapped.

I was also once a corper, I served in FCT-Abuja and our camp commandant was not a harsh person (at least to us). We had fun in camp... that is how it should be.
