zircon has no volume button na. if he has tried rebooting nd the problem still persist, he should either sell the zircon nd seek for another earpiece or factory resetting/reflashing. Ne0w1zarD what rom re u on?

that's why I said "if it has"...I don't use zircon,av no idea Abt it's features.....was only trying to help out of experience..

If you are backing up using your Google account, it already includes app data backup which should contain this file you are referring to. But you can test it out.

Simply download Autosync Google Drive..... Get modded apk file, set your requirements and go to bed sleeping easy.......
