Lagos has been an international coastal city before your cannibalistic ancestors started wearing cloth. Ask the Christian missionaries, Portuguese slave traders, Arab merchant, British explorers, Bini fishermen and even the colonial masters how they get to Lagos.
Also the Lagos international airport was built by the British from funds solely from the west.
BTW, minus Lagos, the IGR of Ogun state is greater than the SE states combine.

Are you educated at all? cos educated folks don't argue with fact. Check any info about those state and their landmass and you'll put your lame argument to rest. We have Igbo Geography professors of repute and they have never refute the landmass of the east, so who are you to argue against fact?

You can easily visit all the states' capital townships of the East under 6 hours. Awka to Enugu - about 40 minutes; Enugu to Abakaliki - about 40 minutes; Abakaliki through Afikpo, Uturu, Akara to Umuahia - about 1 hour; Umuahia to Owerri - about 50 minutes; Owerri to Awka about 1 hour. It's even lesser!

There is no argument here at all but trust the op and his followers, they can argue and measure anything, even dick, online. This looks so stupid; when the map is there for everyone. 'We for be in trouble if only Igbo is educated in this country o'. They can even create thread to tell us that there is atlantic ocean in Enugu or that black is white. This is simply madness!

WHAT IS POLICE CLEARANCE?

Land mass does not mean population! The city of New York with a land mass of 301.5 sq miles has a population of over 8 million while the whole state of Wyoming with a land mass of 97,809 sq miles has a population of a little over 500,000. If Nigeria wants to be honest about the real population of each section of the country, let there be a TRUE CENSUS to be conducted and monitored by an uninterested outside body. The lies have been perpetuated for so long. I guess they say tell a lie so many times and people would start believing it. So, If people truly believe all that tall tale that Britain started, then let the CENSUS begin!
