we already booked our tickets months ago. Our concern is if its not issue at JFK PoE since our destination is Disney World in Florida
It is not an issue, don't get yourself worked up. You have posted in different threads.
Have you travel itinerary bookings handy from accommodation to flight / bus.
If possible you can purchase the disney tickets before leaving naija.
Spirit.Com is a budget airline and they fly from NY to Orlando. You can check them out.

Look into information systems (its also known as business information systems or management information systems). This course can set you up for a role in business analysis.

I took your advice, wonderful Advice, i'd say

Are you presently in the USA?

Thank you very much. grin

YES!!!. F1 process doesn't start from Visa application. It starts from the admission process and it is a long process. Start to dey apply for school. Infact, you can even visit the schools (department) you want to apply to during your visit to the US and talk to someone. I believe it gives you a higher chance somehow

Can you get an adjustment of status from the B1 to F1 in the U.S. without coming back to naija U.S. embassy?

Like you said, it is much easier getting admission and making tuition payment whilst in the U.S. with a B1/B2 visa. The wahala of coming back to naija to go through the process is tiring.

Am sorry is not possible. Is not possible to adjust from one class of non-immigrant visa to the other, adjustment is only possible when adjusting from non-immigrant to immigrant visa. So you have to come back to Nigeria to apply for your F1 visa.

You are the reason for the wahala. People like you who lie to obtain visas.

Lol it is much more easier to get F1 in naija than converting B1 to F1 in the U.S

Wake me up when you find someone who has successfully done that as I have never heard of a successful case of converting B1 to F1. grin

ITS OFFICIAL!!!!!!!!!...

LADY K will now be known as Mrs K...

This time yesterday morning, i was so nervous.

it is 5:25am right now. Waking up in our hotel room this morning, i keep smiling watching her sleep, her hair coiled over her face and her 'backside" positioned so that when she farts, the diffusion starts right from my side of the bed grin grin grin. Well, i signed up for this. I haven't seen changes right now except this round, golden looking metal on one of my left hand-fingers closest to the left pinkie finger.

Life is good grin.

I have a plane to catch later in the evening.. short trip (pics definitely)

Happy Married Life Bro. As you have been a blessing to many, so shall this marriage be an all round blessing to you and Mrs. K. Please, take good care of her. She's a rare Gem

You can do almost anything on facebook nowadays. Shop, order food, send money, listen to music, watch news,... almost aything.

I have been looking for Camera for some days now. I haven't found the one recommeded to me by another Nairalander yet.

Yes, you can. You need to prove beyond reasonable doubt why you don't need to go back to Nigeria to apply. It is easier through a lawyer. People have done it on their own. Personally, i will recommend you go back to nigeria and apply.
Regardless of what people say, always follow your guts.
