I don't know for note 3, but am pretty sure the Zero 4 and 4plus, and Note 4 will be getting it, alongside Android 8.0 Oreo

Yea for now, it is only available on the Zero 5 and Zero 5 pro. But other selected Infinix devices are getting it soon
