I ordered my leagoo kiicaa power on jumia, it arrived safe and sound but after using the phone for one month, it started having a charging problem. If I plug the phone to charge is shows its charging but after 7 seconds it automatically stops charging then if I unplug and plug it again it does the same thing. The only time it charges constantly is when I off the phone totally. Please what may be causing this  ?..please help... |
