I am just curious how does sniper kill someone? What goes on in the body of the person after ingestion? Is there a quantity that is harmful?

I don't think the sniper you mean is actually for killing mosquitoes only. It's a general pesticide. It's under the group of organophosphate pesticide.

It kills pest including mosquitoes, ticks, rodents etc by inhibiting the action of an important enzyme in the body essential for transmission of neuromuscular activity(meaning communication btw brain and you muscles in lay man terms)....
Unfortunately, we humans have the same enzyme acetylcholinesterase controlling our neuro muscular function . So the same effect it has on mosquitoes and other pest is the same It will have on man... a single drop is enough to kill anyone once it can find its way into the blood stream.

Our government is just slack, in the US no one will sell organophosphate pesticide to just anybody. the same pesticide is used in synthesis of nerve gas which can be used to make local nerve gas bombs...

It's bad news, it's technically what you call poison...
