Congratulations to all who have been assessed. Majority of you perform above average, hence, I may conclude that if anyone is yet to receive invitation for assessment centre, the possibility of ever getting it is zero.

The invitation for medicals will possibly be sent by last week of December or first week of January. This is logically affirmed as the Training School was planned to start by mid/late January (all things being equal).

Please note that chances of being selected is not based on when or where the candidate were being assessed. And also noted that your certificate and documents are not being verified in the assessment centre. The originals to be sighted to confirm if the candidate possesses the minimum qualification requirements for the recruitment. Verification of results are done after the documentation and Training school, usually by an third party company.

Wishing you all the best in everything.

Naso undecided undecided. Everyone has equal chances.

Hi Dear,

Everyone has an equal chance to be selected despite the day you were being accessed.

You might be the last person to be accessed and turn out to be the best.

@ TGM2015 and captain1990, those who had their AC at earlier dates, do they have better chances than those who will do their AC at later dates?

Thanks bro!!!
I would like to ask if you do have an idea as to how the final selections would be made...

Will the performance of every1 be aggregated hence come forth with a cutoff mark.... Or is there a cutoff mark in place already and will all those who hit d eye will be invited for medicals regardless of the number.

Sorry for too many questions, but in your case study group interview last year, did you feel like you contributed more than your peers?

Sorry for troubling you all the time but is it really necessary to contribute the highest in the group case study interview or could one be reserved and contribute when necessary? And which one is more priority given to, personal or group??

If you contribute more than others because your teammates refused to contribute then that is not an issue.

But from experience this is not usually the case. There are those who will cut people off in the middle of a sentence, who highjack the discussion, who insist that their point of view is the the ONLY correct one. Some can go ad far as ridiculing other people's point of view.

They think that the assessors will perceive them as being smart because their voice is the loudest and they are the most aggressive. Teamwork requires a lot of listening to understand. Most people don't listen to understand. They just want you to finish so they can talk too.

The assessors are experienced people. They can see through all that nonsense.

It's also important to contribute during the group exercise. If someone cuts you off, you can politely tell them to please let you finish.

It is well. It will end well for us all.
