Hello computer gurus in the house. My windows 7 64 bit came with 4gb installed RAM (partition 2 gb each and 3.27 usable). Recently, I noticed my system's speed is slow and it hangs all the time. I went back to my computer's properties and noticed the installed RAM memory is 2 gb (1.88 usable). Can you please tell me what's wrong with the other 2gb RAM. My system is really slow now and it's frustrating my work.

if you're using 64 bits then one ram stick is bad or needs resetting. What laptop model is that? If you can access the ram from the bottom then I'll advise you remove both ram sticks and clean them. Clean the slots too before reinserting

Hello great minds. Pls I have a major problem with my hp650 windows 8. My Bluetooth and wifi connection are no longer available. I have refreshed my pc to it's factory shipment setting but still to no avail. I have gone to the device manager of my system to Uninstaller the Bluetooth and network driver but still no joy. I even use the hp support assistant to diagnose the problem but I was ask to install the driver or connect to router. It seems the Realtek ethernet controller driver is corrupt. My network icon on my hp Taskbar has has been barred with an x-sign. Image below. Pls help out with solution. Thanks!!

Hi guys, Please I just noticed that whenever I switch on my laptop and it comes on, after a while, the screen goes blank(shows one particular color) but if it is plugged in, this doesn't happen. I also noticed that when it comes on, if i do not input my password, it doesn't go blank. Please, what is wrong and what can I do to fix it?
