My guess is that Rochas is using these statues to empower one his family member who is either a sculptor or a contractor.

It's just a means to corner state funds for a relative few.

Well, all governors have their own in this nonsense act, eg. Wike and Fayose bought cars for lawmakers with state funds and some funny APC governors in the North are buying horses for their own people with state's funds too.

My take is this; No politician in this nation is concerned about the masses or the good of the nation not even BUHARI OR ATIKU OR PETER OBI OR DONALD DUKE etc.

He should build a statue for him maybe then the white people would be visiting Imo state very often.Tourist enter the state more money for government to build statue for each and everyone of them.By then the whole of imo state would be filled with statues and the name could be changed to statue state.

Please let us not be misleading the public. The building you are seeing directly behind the statue is Catholic church and they own the statue in front of their church. We should beware what we are putting on social media all in the name of politics.
