In as much as the Older phase of ISLAM AND CHRISTIANITY have gone obsolete except for a few messages and quotations as being passed across to Our Prophets and as revealed accordingly,

The idea of infringing on her right to worship is unacceptable as We have declared already that the ONLY TWO RELIGION as people understand it to be are

CHRISTIANITY &

ISLAM

So, relatedly, We had only presented the changes in the mode of worship to be in conformity with expected lifestyle inherent in paradise that doesn't involve Salat or worshipping either by the way and manner it is in CHRISTIANITY or in ISLAM presently but ONLY involves praise the worship only.

Thus, The modification doesn't embrace an outright ban on the Hijab wearing by the Muslim female faithfuls except that it taking the OVERALL POSTER that has been taken advantage of by SUICIDE BOMBERS often times.

For those wanting to criticize Hijab that are Non-Muslims, Most have forgotten that the popular images of HOLY MARY in circulation in the OLD WORLD, DOESN'T IT REFLECT THE WEARING OF A VEIL? Isn't that a replica of An HIJAB?

Do people take moral lesson in the depiction of HOLY MARY as relevant and important?

Isn't it why Morality is even being boosted amongst Mankind and thus encouraging immorality that abound?

We are even talking about an Event of Not only National importance but of the world in General as scheduled to take off next year 2018?

With MUSLIM FAITHFULS FOR NOVEMBER &

CHRISTIAN FAITHFULS FOR DECEMBER?

Do some persons think what has been unfolding before them is a joke;

ARABS are 44 in Numbers as sovereign Nations and Entities, So, Don't You critics think that any action of banning HIJAB in it entirety would means not ONLY INFRINGING ON THE RIGHT OF EVERY FEMALE NIGERIAN MUSLIM but ALSO ON EACH AND EVERY FEMALE AFRICAN MUSLIMS AS WELL AS THE FEMALE MUSLIMS ALL AROUND THE WORLD?

Irrespective of whether they are ARABS OR NOT?

Besides, We have made it known that Females have an Elevated status in PARADISE and that we have a foot each in the said paradise already while the other is still on Earth and that we are on the verge of transiting permanently into PARADISE

SO, Anything that includes or embrace outright ban on HIJAB amounts to a distortion of the above referenced elevated status for females.

In fact, One of the THREE (3) TAKE AWAY GIFT for each of the PILGRIMS, BE IT CHRISTIAN OR MUSLIM intended to be a reflection of the cultural heritage of the THREE (3) MAJOR LANGUAGE SPOKEN IN HAUSA, IGBO AND YORUBA would have that of the HAUSA LANGUAGE WITH HIJAB ATTACHED.

Such that by the time the CHRISTIAN PILGRIMS GETS BACK HOME, THEY CAN EASILY GIVE THE ONE WITH HIJAB TO A NEIGHBOR THAT IS A MUSLIM IN THE SPIRIT OF LOVE

Also, The intended Educational Reformation premised to embrace the WEARING OF THE ABOVE CULTURAL OUTFITS AS SCHOOL UNIFORMS ON ANY THREE (:3) OF THE 5 WORKING DAYS WITH EACH TO REFLECT EACH OF THE DRESSES

THE ABOVE AGAIN IS BECAUSE OF THE PILGRIMS IN PARTICULAR AS MOST OF THEM ARE LIKELY GOING TO EXPLORE THE EDUCATIONAL SETTINGS ON GROUND IN NIGERIA BASICALLY BECAUSE OF THE EXPLOITS AND RECORD BREAKING FEATS BEING ENJOYED AND ACHIEVED BY NIGERIAN YOUTHS AND NIGERIANS IN ALL FIELDS OF HUMAN ENDEAVOURS,

THUS, SINCE THEY USUALLY AND MORE OFTEN THAN NOT, ALWAYS BEGIN THEIR EDUCATIONAL SOJOURN RIGHT HERE IN NIGERIA BEFORE HEADING ABROAD, THE PILGRIMS WOULD CERTAINLY WANT TO EXPLORE THAT SECTOR AND ALSO OFFER GOOD AND CREDITABLE ADVICE ON THE WAY FORWARD AND HOW TO IMPROVE UPON WHAT THEY MEET ON GROUND.

THE ABOVE LINE IS DEFINITELY IN RELATION TO ACHIEVING EQUITY AND JUSTICE AMONGST MANKIND THAT IS THE CHARACTERISTICS OF PARADISE THAT WE HAVE REVEALED

WHILE ALSO NOTING THAT THIS IS TO INCLUDE THE REST OF THE WORLD AS EVERYTHING IN NIGERIA IN THIS NEW WORLD IS TO SERVE AS TEMPLATE FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD ABSOLUTELY.

Finally, A reflection of the New format for SALAT is as shown below :

1. EARLY MORNING PRAYER (SUBHI)

2. AFTERNOON PRAYER (ZUHUR)

3. EARLY NIGHT PRAYER (MAGRIB)

4.. NOT COMPULSORY - MIDNIGHT PRAYER (TAHAJJUD)

A. 4 RAKATS OF LATE NIGHT (ISHAI )

B. 2 RAKATS OF VOLUNTARY PRAYER (SHAFI)

C. 1 RAKAT OF VOLUNTARY PRAYER (WITR)

MAKING A TOTAL OF 7 RAKATS

6. FOR NOW AND WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, ALL PRAYER PROCESSIONS (SALATS )ARE TO BE OFFERED OR OBSERVED BY RECITING ONLY

A. THE CHAPTER (SURAH ) AL-FATIAH

B. THE VERSE (AYAT) QURSIYU

7. THE ABOVE IS SIMPLY BECAUSE FROM THE OBSOLETE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF ISLAM,

A. WE (GOD-ALLAH) REVEALED TO MUHAMMAD ROSUL THAT THE BEST OF ALL THE CHAPTERS OF THE QURAN IS AL-FATHIA

B. THE GREATEST OF THE VERSES OF THE QURAN IS QURSIYU

8.SO, SINCE OUR (GOD-ALLAH) EXISTENCE IS TO WELCOME YOU ALL TO PARADISE, THE THERE IS NO NEED READING AND USING ANY OTHER CHAPTERS OR VERSES OF THE QURAN AGAIN WHETHER OLD OR NEW QURAN TO COME EXCEPT THE TWO ABOVE.

ANOTHER REASON IS THE FACT THAT IN PARADISE, THERE IS NO MORE DEATH OR FIGHT OR NEGATIVITY AS SOME OF THE CHAPTERS AND VERSES FROM OLD QURAN HAVE WORDS AND EXPRESSIONS THAT INSPIRES ANGER, HURT, HATRED, WICKEDNESS ETC THAT GIVES ROOM FOR SATAN TO STRIVE.

WE HAVE TO STOP HERE FOR NOW THOUGH.

BUT BEFORE WE GO, HERE AGAIN IS CHRISTMAS AND END OF THE YEAR MESSAGE

AS A REMINDER WITH RESPECT TO MOST OF THE ABOVE POINTS RAISED.

Please non christian should stop qouting the holy bible if they cannot be patient enough to read through thoroughly, the bible mean women ought to cover their head when praying to God, read down to verse 13 and verse 15 explains that women hair is also a covering. Tnx

So people that love their traditions like Yourbas love buba and gele can stand firm on their tradition by insisting to tie gele on their head before wearing the wig for their call to bar ceremony abi. Bloody idiots called Muslim. I like how they are being cleansed I'm rohingya. They want every country's law to adopt their religious stance. Law is an institution. They have strict laws to follow. If you know your religious laws and theirs are not in tandem, then don't get involved!

Go back and read my comment. I never said people hate Islam. I said they hate Muslims, and apparently, it is only because they are Muslims. Well, I am a Muslim, I have found out that if my rights are taken away from me, Christians will applaud the decision, and not help me. Should I love and continue to be good to such people? I don't think so.
This lady is not a radical, she is not bombing anyone, and it is not realistic that some professions be restricted to certain people because of their religious prersuasion, so 'finding out the rules before applying for law' does not wash.

I am not disputing the rules of the law school or interested in that, that is a job for the Muslim rights lawyers who want to do the right thing for their sister. I am only reacting to the comments on NL, by those hateful individuals professing to be Christians. If this is what Christianity is about, then it is Satanic. I wonder if this is what the Jesus in their bible would have commented in this situation.

Thank you for your time, but actions always speak louder than words.
Actions are always better than words.Jesus Christ in the bible did not preach hate.Christians ought to be Christ like and preach peace even Jesus said Christians should love their enemies and pray for them.I am not really a Christian i believe religion is personal thing, what do Muslims practice is it not Islam that was what i said what i said. The religion does not define the person but the person defines the religion i.e. A bad or good person cannot be determined by his or her religion and your rights cannot be taken from you because of your religion, you can always go to court to seek redress.

Your WCW refused to remove hijab to take oath and be called to bar

Same WCW will remove it wen she wants to suck preeq

Same WCW studied NIGERIAN LAW for good 6years and ended up Disobeying same LAW she supposedly studied

This isn't discrimination, it's a clear case of NO SENSE

The law profession in NIGERIA doesn't want to know if you're Christian a Muslim. That's why you don't use Hijab or any religious attire. If you want to identify so much with ur religion, choose another profession. If it must be law, go study it in Saudi Arabia or Vatican City

I hear you. I have already understood how Christians think about Muslims in their hearts. Thank you for the additional assertion. I will adjust my relationship with Christians henceforth.

Then it only tells of your kind of person, really. You don't change who you are (if that's who you really are) just because of some random comment on some forum. Nah.

You do good to people simply because being good to people is the right thing to do. Not even because they deserve it.

There is too much hate in the world already, don't add to it.

A few days or so ago a young lady presented herself for call to bar and rather than simply wear the regulation dress decided to come in the regulation dress with a hijab as an accessory.

Now, I notice that very few lawyers have said anything about this matter on the social media and I was tempted not to say anything too until I read somewhere that the young lady and a few persons are suggesting that she was denied her right to be called to the bar because she was a Muslim.

Really?

Haba jamaa.

This is how religious tension is created in Nigeria for no reason.

And making this issue a religious one?

Haba!

Haba jamaa.

When I read the report suggesting that the young lady suggests that she was denied her right to be called to the bar because she is Muslim I could not help but weep for Nigeria.

Why will this matter all of a sudden revolve around religion?

Is it truly a religious issue?

I am more troubled by this event and the suggestion that has followed it because I know of hundreds of lawyers who are Muslim but were called to the bar notwithstanding their religious beliefs.

Why is this case different?

Simple answer: she decided to break a code of dressing acceptable for the call to bar event.

That was the only reason why she was not called to the bar.

It has nothing to do with religion at all.

This is how seeds of discord are sown by some persons who weep us religious sentiments and get some over zealous persons to come out chanting war songs in respect of matters that truly have no connection at all to religion.

The question that needs be asked and answered is this, suppose she had decided to dress as a nun because she is a reverend sister as well as a candidate for call to the Nigerian bar, would she have been called to the bar?

The answer of cause is NO.

And the reason is simple, she would be falling foul of the dress code for her call to bar. That would be the reason for not calling her and not that the Body of Benchers don’t like nuns.

Pushing the argument even further, suppose this same Lady was a Christian or a Sango worshiper and yet wore the same hijab for her call, would she be called to the bar?

The answer would still be an emphatic NO.

This is because it would not be a question of what religious faith she professes but how she chose to dress to attend a regulated event.

I have a lot of Muslim lawyer friends and interestingly enough all the lawyers I employ in my office presently are Muslims.

Would it be ok for one of them to dress in a hijab and appear in court while seeking to represent a client?

NO.

Would any such lawyer be said to have been denied the right to appear and represent her client simply because she is a Muslim?

NO.

The reason such a lawyer would not be allowed to appear in court and argue a cause on a clients behalf is simple, she is not dressed in the regulation dress.

I attended an event organized by the NBA Zaria Branch a few weeks ago.

The Chief Judge of Abuja was in attendance.

When he came in he noticed that several of the magistrates in attendance were dressed in the northern style flowing gowns and babanriga which is commonly worn by Muslim northerners.

His lordship who is a Muslim himself from Zaria directed all of them to go back and change into black suits and ties. All of them were Hausa Muslims.

Was his lordship discriminating against his Muslim brothers or punishing them for being Muslims or northerners?

NO.

His lordship eventually said that he insisted they go and change because they were not dressed properly in view of the fact that it was a gathering of lawyers in respect of a Law Week Event.

If you decide to be a lawyer you should make up your mind from day one that you have agreed to abide by the codes that other lawyers abide by.

Please let’s stop using religion to whip up sentiments and get ourselves support for doing the wrong thing.

Hmmm am impressed

Did you know that it's mandated for Christian women to cover their hair? It's very compulsory and it's in the Bible

1 Corinthians 11:6

For if a woman does not cover her head, she might as well have her hair cut off; but if it is a disgrace for a woman to have her hair cut off or her head shaved, then she should cover her head.

You criticise and attack Muslim women for covering their hair according to what their faith mandated for them but ignore it despite been written boldly in your own book

You've already explode your self on issue of human right, even in United Kingdom their court allowed Muslims to wear hijab to school, if Sunday can be given as consistent public holiday because of Christians to enable them goes to church with their family why Muslims pray on Friday as all family members will pray separately due to no holiday on that day which Christians benefits on Sundays, it's also a Muslim's right to benefit such.

It's her right to use hijab because that's her faith while that lawyer's wig is foreign style of lawyers' dress. go and reason like humans and not ....
