Hello sir,I will rather advice that u seek the services of an optometrist to do a thorough eye examination for ur wife n dota.
In the meantime,let them ensure proper hygiene of d eyelids and stop sharing things for now so as not to spread it to others around them,esp u sir.
I am a certified optometrist,but there's little I can do cinx I can't see the patient so as to assess their kind of conjun conjunctivitis.
Ensure to see an eye doctor in ur area.
