As a ruling party that is seeking another mandate, what Nigerians will want to see ans hear is WHAT YOU HAVE DONE since 2015. Targeting the personality of opponents will be doing same mistake PDP made in 2015 when they were busy attacking the personality of Buhari and chasing for certificates instead of selling Jonathan's achievement
The machinery will focus on performance scorecard as the usual practice.

Salvos and attacks on credibility will come from surrogates with "unidentified sources" issuing verifiable facts.

You know how it goes so dont act innocent here with me

Dislodging the barawo and his 40 thieves cabal of the All Poverty Congress, APC won't be child's play. You have to be ready to throw everything while shielding yourself from their deliberate diversionary tactics.

After saying Abacha did not steal our money in 2008 despite several loot recoveries, he is negotiating more loot recobery with the Swiss. shocked
Bubu is the biggest thief of all time.

Mrsoundoro:
The Attorney General of Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami (SAN) yesterday said that negotiation with Switzerland on the return of $321 million recovered from the late Abacha family had been concluded.

This was just as he further revealed that Nigeria had recently recovered the sum of $85 million from the controversial Malabu Restrained Funds from the United Kingdom.  The AGF made the revelation in his opening remarks at the Pre-Global Forum on Asset Recovery (GFAR) Consultative meeting with the theme: Building an Ending Framework for Asset Recovery in Nigeria held in Abuja.

Malami stressed further that with the conclusion of negotiation, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will be signed by parties at the Global Forum on Assets Recovery meeting coming up between December 4th and 6th, 2017 in Washington DC and that the repatriation would follow within weeks as agreed by the parties.

He affirmed the need for the international community to ensure the implementation of the measures considered and adopted at the London Anti-Corruption Summit in May 2016.

Only people who don't understand fundamentals complain of Buhari performance. Nigeria foreign reserves have been growing monthly since December 2016 even at oil price of $50.
What many people are calling hardship is actually prudence of Buhari administration to structurally change our consumption of imported goods. Today Nigeria is looking inward in the real sector.
Prudence.
Change consumption of imported goods.
Wow. shocked
These two phrase must ahev a different meaning for barawo bubu and the All Poverty Congress, APC supporters.

‘A budget that moves domestic spending in Aso Villa from N580m to N1.7bn cannot be a budget of change’

Abuja – Sen. Eyinnaya Abaribe (PDP Abia South) on Wednesday in Abuja, berated the 2016 budget and called on President Muhammaduu Buhari to withdraw it and go back to the drawing board.

Abaribe while making contributions during the consideration of the budget, said the proposal was faulty on many grounds and could not be implemented at it was.

He said that predication of oil benchmark at 38 dollars per barrel when the crude oil price had fallen below 30 dollars per barrel made the budget unrealistic.

Abaribe faulted the government for increasing spending by 30 per cent based on borrowing.

“Mr President, my colleagues, this budget is indeed unique. After the budget presentation, the finance minister has never come to explain the details of the budget as it is normally done.

“It is a budget of change I agree, but it is a change in the wrong direction. I say it is a change in the wrong direction because it says that it is based on zero budgeting requiring all expenses to be fully justified.

“Mr President, a budget that increases spending up to 30 per cent based solely on borrowing, in what way are we justified? That is the question we want to ask the people who brought this budget.

“We know what is going on in the global economy: this budget is predicated on an oil benchmark of 38 dollars per barrel and I can now say that with oil being 28 dollars today, this budget is dead on arrival.

“The job of the opposition is to help the government to get its priorities right, so I want to please urge this government to withdraw this budget and go back to the drawing board,” he said.

The senator also faulted the adjustments made in the budget as well as allocation for spending in the Aso Rock Villa, saying that it was too exorbitant.

He said that the adjustments rather than reduce spending in areas where they were not necessary only spread it into different offices.

“Mr President, a budget that moves domestic spending within Aso Villa from N580 million to N1.7 billion cannot be a budget of change.

“We were told that in the revised budget there was an adjustment due to error, we agree but what has happened is that up to N7 billion were moved from buying vehicles and spread to offices.

“It also increased the spending that is due to renovations within the Villa.

“They are going to renovate the Villa with N3.9 billion: what else do you want to renovate there that Nigerians will see in the Year 2016?” he asked.

However, in his contribution, Sen. Ahmed Lawan (APC Yobe North) blamed the previous administration for the lack of funds due to the embezzlement witnessed in previous governments.

He said that this was the 17th budget he would be debating as a legislator and noted that not more than 40 per cent implementation was achieved in the last 16 years.

“The proposal before us is the first budget where the executive has deemed it necessary to give ordinary Nigerians genuine hope.

“N500 billion allocated for school feeding and social SAFTEY NET is commendable.

“It is time to say oil should not continue to play dominant role as we have suffered economically and politically: it is time to diversify this economy.

“The direction of the executive is the way to go. `That is, we should make every effort to have the real sector-agric mining and manufacturing.

“The budget deserves the support of everyone, including my colleagues on the other side. When we were in the opposition we supported the PDP, they should support us,” he said.

Those in the real sector are making huge profit under this Buhari govt.

Those complaining are those who created import base business with little or no added value. Those who created business around luxury because of easy dollars from oil during GEJ are still among those shouting.

The truth is that it is normal to have pain when you are moving away from easy and free money to hard earned money.

Even a baby of 10 years can run the govt in Jonathan way during the period of over $100 per barrel. GEJ govt was a govt of enjoyment without doing anything. The money came naturally without any input.

All the perceive good economy during Jonathan was just import and enjoy since we have dollar.

Today, we are in govt of reality. A govt of cut your coat according to your size. It is natural for people to complain.

One of the area I fault Buhari is in his area of slowness and his inability to eliminate the perception of his ethno religious bias. I also fault him on his inability to use his appointees as scape goat in his anti corruption war.
THANK YOU FOR THIS ACCURATE 100% ASSESSMENT.

The import oriented businesses of the Igbos are affected which is why they are crying the most. What is a right thinking Nigerian doing with a G Wagon, ferrarri etc when we dont have roads or electricity? We are so deficient in our thinking and outlook.

In reflection, its embarassing that an incumbent VP will loose his party primary to a new comer...but worse that this man came in third place in Pesidential elections in which he was flag bearer for a party. Then came third again in APC primary and behind an unpopular governor.

He is a failure and lack political gravitas. No surprise Tinubu keeps distance from him even though they both were labelled chieftains in APC, a title most unbefitting for politically clueless Atiku.

Same can be said for barawo bubu in 2003, 2007 and 2011. Not so huh
Do you know why he has not delivered on his promise to restructure the country for federalism despite his All Poverty Congress, APC majority in the NASS and 36 states?
At least this promise won't cost him much to deliver the constitutional amendment,

Whatever it is, Atiku has not failed as much as Buhari did before succeeding.

In fact, it's Buhari's story that has fuelled Atiku's new hope.

On the other hand, those trying to harass and intimidate Tonye should go and sit down. Nobody can be more non-apologetically inconsistent than Buhari himself.

Nigerian political sphere is very fluid and dynamic. Toney is playing. I pray he lands smthn tangible soonest.

Did you question the source of the wealth of Asiwaju Asiwere of the All Poverty Congress, APC?

I remain grateful to Gbenga Daniel – Tinubu dismisses rift rumors

A national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has cleared the air on the alleged enmity between him and a former two-term Governor of Ogun State, Otunba Gbenga Daniel.

Tinubu, who spoke through Mr. Wale Edun at the 25th anniversary celebration of Otunba Gbenga Daniels’ Kresta Laurel, said there is no truth in the stories that he has been fighting with Gbenga Daniel, adding that they are still good friends.

Edun said: “I am here representing Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and my presence is to show that there is no friction between Asiwaju and Otunba Gbenga Daniel”

Mr. Edun went on to explain that whenever Tinubu drives past the Kresta Laurel building in Maryland, Lagos, he remembers the enormous contributions Daniel made to the take off of his administration in 1999 and was immensely grateful.

He revealed that the Peoples Democratic Party chieftain was very gracious to donate the Kresta Laurel building to Tinubu’s campaign team at the time it was just being completed.

“The Daniels also made a section of their home available to Asiwaju Bola Tinubu whenever he worked too late and could not go home.
After the election, he also allowed us to use it for the Transition Committee where he was a member”
