I was thinking about Adam and eve and i start wondering if Adam and Eve had three boys namely cain Abel and Seth, how did these boys have families pls i need an experienced scholar to answer me. Thanks.

by name 3 were mentions, others are not named ,but for Cain who latter went far for family adventure he married in another village. but the problem of bible is this when we know that Adam and his family were the only people on earth how comes those people in that village?

Since your Quran told you Cain went to another village, you can give us the name of the village. As per the Bible, there is no problem.

How Cain and Seth had families.
It was not a sin to marry one's sister or brother.
If Abraham could marry his sister ,how much more someone who liked more than 5,000 years b4 him?

And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters:
