There are many southerners who don't like alcohol and there are many northerners consume alcohol what I want you to understand is mode dressing and religion has nothing to do with this topic, You should blame those consuming intoxicant but not the religion. U don't blame Christianity for the prostitution,kidnapping,drug smuggling and child trafficking in the south but u blame those conducting it

Codeine abuse is not a new problem in the north. There are other articles that state that it is mainly consumed by females.

My area of jurisdiction is the south, and not the north. So I care about what happens here. I shudder to think of what will become of our young folks few years down the line.

Please stop using unemployment as an excuse. It doesn't cut for me. About 2 weeks ago, I overheard a guy amongst his friends saying "how can a guy earn over N200k and not do 'weed'? Can you rationalise that?
