What has happened is that Lagos was the personal peoperty and state for Thieffnubu and Fashola. He is now working in the federal where there are many checks. It means, the possible of converting three quarter of all the lands, government parastastals etc cannot be taken as personal as it was done in Lagos. Why do you think everybody is saying Thieffnubu own Lagos and about half of all other Yorubas states?
