The kind of luck i had with my Note4X which i had just used for 3 days hoping to go and collect the tempered glass the next day at the post office. Just a slight drop and the thing shattered badly. Stil waiting anxiously for the replacement screen to arrive though. Dispatched on the 10th of this month.

screen protector is called tempered glass. Many stores online don't include it when u order for your phone. but mine, i was given a free tempered glass then. i actually asked the store if they will include it for me and i was given the assurance

I can see you want the 3gb/32gb version eh my guy geekbuying is your best bet, they ship with PostNL and not that yeye singapore post that would be sending you up and down as a word of caution Buy the HK STOCK and i can tell you that you would see it at the rate of $129 for the abv stated version.

I understand the feeling and that was what delayed me from joining Xiaomi family for long. I was so used to visiting Carl Care that I can't imagine using a phone without Care center agent in Nigeria. But have you ever imagined using a phone so good and strong where you may never need to visit a Care service agent? That's Xiaomi. I have been using a redmi note 4 for the past three months and there's no going back to tecno/infinix/itel! The last phone I sued was infinix note 4 and I have to repair the charging port after just two months of purchase. People use HTC and iPhones and they don't worry about care center because those phones are premium and they dont develop faults anyhow. Ultimately its your choice.
a. Choose a sub-standard phone susceptible to faults but have customer care service agents that will repair your phone for a fee, even under warranty
b. Choose a premium phone so strong it may never develop faults, hence you may not need customer care center; use it till you get tired of using it and even sell it off at good price.
