A lot has been said about the arrest of the owner of Innoson Motors, Innocent Chukwuma and a lot of people have taken sides due to their political or tribal inclinations.

I personally think that the Igbos are accorded the least respect in Nigeria by any government in power due to our history with the Nigerian state. It's also true that this current government of Buhari has made it a duty to accentuate the disgust he has for people from that region, whether it is hereditary or because that region refused to vote for him in the 2015 general elections.

However, i think i think we need to examine this issue properly before jumping into conclusions. Innoso is not a saint, neither is EFCC or GTB. We don't know who is the defaulter here. We're only relying on the on the information we get based on our own bias. While those in support of Innoson will take his side of the story to be the truth, those who hate the guts of the Igbos, will take sides with EFCC or GTB. Even if it means to take the side of satan as long as Igbos are at the receiving end, it's all well and good.

Like i said, we don't know what transpired between this parties and can only speculate.

Having said that, irrespective of what Innoson must has done (that's if he did anything wrong), i don't think any high profile Northern business man would have been arrested the way Innoson was arrested. Can they arrest Dangote or Indimi the same way they arrested Innoson? It just shows the bias in our ethno-geographical polity and it's a shame.

Another write up showing victim mentality at its peak. Even when Igbo people are in the wrong, they would still play the card of "everyone hates me and they hate my tribe." Silver bird Group was sealed up by AMCON and Ben Bruce summoned by EFCC at one time, did his kinsmen allege that everyone hated their tribe? Cecilia Ibru's assets were taken over by EFCC till date and her bank was sold, did the Urhobo play the victim card? Hiss...

Were you in Sudan, when Cecilia Ibru, Otedola, Jimoh Ibrahim, Akingbola of Intercontinental Bank were arrested for one financial crime and another?

Innoson is facing all these problems just because he's an Igbo man, quote me any day. Were he a yoruba or northerner, gtb and customs wouldn't have tried this nonsense.

ARGUE WITH YOUR ANCESTORS cool

You dey listen to am? As if we do not know his antecedents on NL. He is one of the unofficial IPOB foot soldiers in cyberspace. Anyone who says anything against an Igbo man even when such a man has done morally, politically and reprehensibly wrong things, is alleged to "hate" the entire Igbo people, so he sets them up for a ban. One day his fowl go enter market, e no go return...

Atiku's firm Intels recently had its' contract terminated by NPA, for failure to comply with regulatory issues. Did Atiku's kinsmen come out to say the fed govt was targeting their tribe?

Go and tell this epistle to the Judge.

I remember that the primary grouse GTB has against Innoson is that Innoson used fake shipping papers to secure billions naira worth loan from it, the bank found this out and held on to the company's money to protect itself against this I.B.O. sense by the one who is not innocent, but bear innocent just in name.

Apparently, Innoson is hiding under the technicality that GTB has no legal reasons to hold its money, as its bank customer, but GTB held stubbornly to that money because that's the only lifeline they have so as not to lose out completely.

Innoson wanted to withdraw the money in their account while GTB can keep going to court to get its own money back from a fraudulent customer. Unfortunately, this long epistle has not addressed this criminal charge.

The beating Innoson will receive is doing press up.Idiotas angry

This is how these fraudulent members of the Nigerian elite kill banks. They are so useless and have no modicum of shame. Somebody forged a document in order to swindle a bank yet it still keeps writing OFR after its name angry.

Did you use fake shipping papers to secure loan from GTB? This is the simple question this useless press release failed miserably to answer. Rather, they are playing to the gallery as if the management and shareholders of GTB are fools.
