With the way things are going people might be forced to change banks . If the story of over charge is true then loads of people might sue GTB and if they don't set aside funds to cover this they might die a natural death . A more recent example was the PPI claims in the UK . Did you not see howmuch it cost the banks till date ?

GT Bank needs to manage this issue with utmost care before public sympathy affects their business...
