Nope every region will be allowed to develop at their own pace. The roads in Uyo will be owned by its people and repaired as they deem fit..The collectible monies won't be used to develop only the roads in Enugu and Ebonyi leaving the ones in Uyo..,Just as it happens in current Nigeria where mainly roads in the SW and north are a priority..
