Good day all, A few hours ago i try crediting my Airtel line with N1000 from First Mobile app. I was successfully debited but i didn't receive anything in my Airtel line. I tried contacting both the bank and Airtel customer care all to no avail. What should be my next approach and who should i confront? N1000 may be small money to you but it isn't to me o. I have all the proofs and bank statements and i am ready to take this further so nobody will be victim of this again. Thanks

BTW i have crosscheck the Airtel number with the number i input in the bank app and it's correct. It's even in my bank statement so the fault isn't from me. This isn't the first time i have done something like this.

The problem is with your bank.

Same happened to me yesterday. Same bank, same app. I tried loading #400 mtn airtime.

I have just been refunded. I don't know if it is because i contacted them because they didn't reply. But all is good now, I will go withdraw the money and buy the credit instead.

Mine was refunded without even contacting them.
