They are building another one and nobody is asking questions. As long as a northerner is in charge of anything southern oil then the govt is for it. Dangote refinery got billions in USD forex, older ones are being sold but then the same govt trying to sell them off is trying to build newer power plants when we have a working power ministry. Isn't that a strange move?
