Alariiwo:The only political party they ever succeeded in, NCNC, was created and grromed to notoriety by Yorubas. Azikiwe turned it into Ibo party and then ruined it. Every party they have created have failed to acquire a national structure. PDP did well under a Yoruba leadership, under a Hausa leadership, was going to be well under an Ijaw leadership....until Jonathan sorrounded himself with pillars from SE. Not only did they ruin the party, they ruined Jonathan himself and recklessly wrecked the country in similar fashion to their mismanagement of national asset in the 60s. E go tey before Ibo will be allowed to rule the center again. They have proven they are incapable, without a strong hand to supervise their headship of national interests. They believe in their mind that their turn is around the corner .....mtcheeww! |

ImperialYoruba:"The same UNICEF representative (Deputy Director E.J.R. Dickheyward) went on to convey something of what lay behind this intransigence" "Among the large majority hailing from the tribe (Yorubas) who are most vocal in inciting the complete extermination of the Ibos, I often heard remarks that all Nigeria's ills will be cured once the Ibos have been removed." ---- Dan Jacobs Senior United Nations Information Officer for UNICEF in his book "Brutality of Nations" page 42, published by random House Inc. ImperialYoruba:They are not good leaders.. What they were designed for is buying and selling not governance. That is why they need that Yoruba touch in their region. Very soon, they will start begging Yorubas to rule them. Everything in the region is dead, no infrastructures nothing. Frustration even led one to start building statues. when he is bereft of ideas ![]() |

Alariiwo:Eternally childish..plain liar... Osun state is the only state on strike in the federation... See...more.... "...During the 60s and 70s when u mention Port harcourt and Enugu in East, mention Kano and kaduna in North, then u must mention Lagos and Ibadan in west. Lagos was the capital of Nigeria while Ibadan was the largest city in West Africa. We were a very suffisticated people then. We never had much brown roofs. We had largest professors. we also had other cities such as Abeokuta etc but now table has turned on us, ibadan is the biggest slum in the whole of Africa (if not the world) with many dirty buildings without toilets. The brown roofs are enough to make you throw up. Abeokuta has declined from a city to a small town with slums. Other state capitals in west are mere villages like, osogbo and ado ekiti and akure. (I'd have icluded ilorin but since it has an emir as the traditional ruler, it is now owned by northerners). Here in osogbo the best hotel looks like a guest house coming to east, you now have many cities, including ones which were not developed in 60s. They have booming cities like Enugu, Owerri, Onitsha, Aba, Nnewi, Awka , Umuahia. If u go to awka umuahia and owerri, u see modern buildings without brown roofs, u see fine hotels, shoping malls and fly-overs under construction. If u also go to other ibo cities outside southeast such as Asaba and Porthharcourt u see the same development..." Oni |

totit:Yet they live a better life than you... Regarding open defecation, the highest proportion (8.8%) was found in the North Central zone, followed by the South West (6.5%) and then North East (4.3%) zones. By contrast, a lower percentage was recorded in the South East (3.8%) and the lowest in the North West (3.6%). The likely reason for higher prevalence of open defection in the North Central and South West zones is that their forest vegetation provides more room for the practice, unlike the grassland vegetation in the North West where the practice is the least used. Although, South East zone has more dense vegetation but has lower prevalence of open defecation than the North East, suggesting an influence of other factors such as education and wealth. BeautifulSE:You clowns do not even understand the intrigues of marginalization. When a quota system is skewed to stop the advantage of certain group of people, such endeavor is act of marginalization. It is shameful that the so-called sophisticates instead of Greedy Assholes still enjoy a cut-off mark way below that of the people from south-east. Most Nigerians are incompetent fools. |

DerideGull:Your stateman from SE said you had political power above Yoruba. Do you not agree with him? Easily, your political superiority puts you out of the marginalized group bracket. Yoruba should now be the one crying political marginalization....not just crying of it, but indeed reflected in its social structure in the West. Its either you are lying about marginalization, or your stateman is lying about Ibo having political superiority. |

Jaideyone:You know you are talking nonsense and doing a poor job at revisionism... Ironsi promulgated Decree 3 to nip the cankerworm of tribalism and ethnocentrism, twin evils that were responsible for stultifying national growth and integration in the early days of Nigeria nationhood. If there is anything, Ironsi should be praised for being prophetic. You may as well ask yourself whether restoration of the federalist status quo has in way been beneficial after over half a century of trial... |

ImperialYoruba:It is not for me to judge you on human intellect. However the above post does not help your case. Only a domesticated miscreant does not understand the dynamic nature of politics. Nigeria has been politically motivated toward cut off mark for territory intakes. It is clearly exposed that certain loudmouthed section of the country had cut off marks way below those from south-east. If that is not act of political marginalization to you, I suggest you see a physician. |

Jaideyone:Your viewpoint is not even academic.. Igboman killed regionalism according to you.. You killed the Igboman but because you lack the capacity to think/innovate, you went ahead with Igboman's policy...Maybe the spirit of the Igbo you killed, inferring from your argument, for no just cause is still haunting you after over fifty years... What am I even doing with you? |

With your level of intellect as posited in the above post, I should not be surprise if you construe a praise as an insult. I suggest you engage in serious reading before exposing your ignorance in the public. |
