Well it's the last day of the month and surprisingly the last day of the year 2017,and this is a time people take their new year's resolutions that would either be positive or negative ,so it's that time once again when we make them.

Let me be honest with you and clear your delusions of "new year, new me" which is akin to the existence of unicorns and santa claus.

New year resolutions are overrated. Changes do not happen drastically. Disruptive changes are only seen in fuel prices. And putting too much hope that you will "stop this this year, or start this this year" will only lead you to severe depression or kill your confidence in yourself.

As 2018 proceeds, any undesirable thing in your life, decide to reduce it gradually and not pretend like you have a remote control to ON or OFF at will. Also anything you desire, realize it cannot be achieved once you say you have resolved to acheive it but note that it is a gradual process which could start today or anyday you desire.

What matters is that you keep trying when you fail. Are you going to fail? YES! but just know it is a process that probably starts today and that the more you fail, the better you become when next you try for the master has failed more times than the beginner has even tried.
