This is the type of projects we need in Nigeria. The government should make sure it works. But the mentioning of niger, chad and cameroon in this report is what I don't understand. Is this port to serve them or to serve Nigerians?

the port is located in Kakuri in Kaduna south local government area

This is a very good project that will help boost the economy of the nation. But the government and citizens of that area should not let that place turn into a slum. As is written in the article, hotels and private accommodations will spring up there. There should be proper and strict planning enforcement so as to allow the place grow aesthetically pleasing.
