While trying to help, let's not cause further skin issues for people. We all have different skin types, react to different things so what works for Taiwo might not work for kehinde. So pls do visit a dermatologist, if you have the money go to laserderm clinics if not, go to general hospital and book an appointment with a dermatologist specifically requesting to undergo a skin test and blood test if possible. This will help in revealing the root cause of your skin issues.

KetoconZole cream alone cannot work...u need to use KetoconZole tablet and d cream.

Skin reactions / allergies

Try changing some creams and soap...... I use medicated soaps now

Use shea butter @least 24hrs a day!

Eat more vegetables in ur meals.

Drink water steady stay hydrated!

Use ordinary soap like Eva gold.

And Take care.

I'm very impressed with some of the responses on this thread. Very useful information, and very professional too. I'm also saddened that a few people felt they could bring jokes and insults to someone suffering a medical condition, nd seeking help. This is something we have to change on this Nairaland.

I've noticed one major difference between Nairaland and Nigerian Twitter is that as this discussion proceeds, on Nigerian Twitter, a professional dermatologist will eventually step in and invite the patient over to a clinic for free consultation and treatment, and also use the opportunity to show off how competent the clinic is in handling such issues. Why doesn't this happen on Nairaland?

We need to look at this, and see how Nairaland can become a place of genuine solutions.

What you are suffering from there is seborrheic dermatitis.

If that's the case then the Nizoral and a Salicitic acid ointment should have fixed it.

1. Stop using anticeptic soap, use mild soap to bath.
2. Buy Nizoral shampoo, apply 5-10 mins before bathing.
3. Buy Seba med cleansing bar, use to wash affected area
4. Buy Diflucan caps 150mg weekly.

OMG！That's really serious and irritating.

Thank God I have a cure. I also attached a photo below. There is a cream called CACATIN . Very powerful works within few days. Cures anything that has to do with skin. External use anyways.

Go in search of CACATIN, its not rare.

Use a selsun hair shampoo. It will burn and peel off the affected skin layers and within 3 months your skin will be as fresh as a new born baby's. I guarantee you, it will work 110%. Don't waste your money on those rubbish dermatology creams because they don't work on serious cases like yours.
