Use a selsun hair shampoo. It will burn and peel off the affected skin layers and within 3 months your skin will be as fresh as a new born baby's. I guarantee you, it will work 110%. Don't waste your money on those rubbish dermatology creams because they don't work on serious cases like yours.

Try Funbact A, OR Tricuten cream.

This looks more like Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), it's an auto-immune disease. It's best you visit a dermatologist for proper care. Stop the self medication. Do that asap. Happy new year buddy.

Looks like tinea versicolor..... Please read around it or better still do a fungal culture. So far, you have used the right treatment for it but reading the literature will inform you that even though the fungus is dead, it takes a while sometimes months for pigmentation of the skin to return back to normal.

Dermatologist in the house kindly help on how to treat this serious skin condition. A lot of drugs and treatment has been prescribed and used and still no big changes. I have used 20% SSA, Momento loratidin tablet, Nizoral shampoo, Ketoconazole cream to mention but few...please kindly help on a lasting solution to this unpleasant skin condition.

Use this and thank me later.

Kinda looks like hyperpigmentation. A good dermatologist should be able to assess your skin and tell you.

Yeah, saw the butterfly rash too. However, that will be my 2nd or maybe 3rd diagnosis after RVD related dermatoses since he is male and SLE occurs more in females

That's not SLE, doesn't even look like.
The top differential will be Epidermodysplasia verruciformis (EDV).
My consultant diagnosed a similar condition last two weeks' in clinic.

N500 Nixoderm. I had such reaction while using a face cleanser product. Different pharmacist and docs where busy prescribing all sort of creams and drugs that I spent about 20k still no result. I told a friend who doesn't even know drugs and she said I should give Nixoderm a try..... Just 2 days every cleared.
Re: Remedy Needed For This Serious Skin Condition by claremont(m): 6:51pm On Jan 01, 2018
Firstly, stop all the medicines you are currently using for it. Secondly, ignore all the advice you receive from here to use random medicines. Finally, go and see a dermatologist.

Re: Remedy Needed For This Serious Skin Condition by Nobody: 6:53pm On Jan 01, 2018
OP
What you are having is a form of viral wart - EDV (epidermodysplasia verruciformis).
I will advice you see a dermatologist.
Treatment can range from using Sulphasalicylic acid, Podophylin, Glutaryldehyde creams. Or even doing cryotherapy.

For the cream/topical treatment, don't expect it to clear fast.
And also, don't scratch the face, the more u cmscratch the more the rash will appear - that is KOEBNER phenomenon.

See a dermatologist for proper history, examination and investigations.
All the best sir.
And please keep me updated.

This is a small infection. Get lemon or lime juice and clean that area every day. Lemon preferably. It works like magic. Let me know after you have done this. Dont use funbact A or any other cream like that. They are not meant to be applied on the face. The steroids in funbact A will damage your face in the long run. Just use lime or lemon you would be surprised at the result.

It is called eela alapaadi in Yoruba, local black soap and agbo ie cooked local concoction will do the magic. if you are in Lagos go to Abeokuta street in ogba Ikeja. if you are in Ibadan Oyo state your best port of call is Bode local ingredients and concoction market.
