I started blogging 4 days ago, first day generated 147views, 3nd post generated 312views, 3rd day generated 182 views while the 4th day analysis is not yet reported by Google Analytics. I didn't pay a penny for traffic. My niche is unique, it is not common. Though my site is still developing. First, what is your niche ? If you choose a competitive niche like gossip or entertainment, it will be very hard for new blog to have traffic. If you check my site, you will see most of the menu has nothing in it. Can someone help me to do a review on my sports blog! Am quite naive in world of blogging just doing for the passion I have for sports! Don't know about SEO and how to increase ranking on Google! I use to have a sports website but i stopped because i wasn't writing unique content i thought i was on the right track because the website design was good and i was starting to make some money at least. So i wanted to join a top aggregator site for sports their reply made me know i had it all wrong so i cancelled the site and promised my self that when i get back i will be writing my own articles. Tonnyb12: If you plan to make it from that site, you need to get unique content, forget the fact its news and report also try and get someone to redesign for you Now answer this question why would someone visit your site and spend more time on the site when content is copy and paste ? my advise for you is once you get a news from a source, read it and then write it using your own word BUT you are free to quote a few paragraph i have a blog where i earn around $200 monthly and all i do is spend just 2hours daily on the blog, write article and then post on facebook that is all, i dont go about searching for traffic because i have being made to understand that traffic will come on its own once i do the right thing 1 Like |

Tonnyb12:No i cant just get a good theme read the theme documentation you would get around it yourself. Or watch youtube videos regarding the theme you get. I recommend the newspaper 8 theme or news mag theme by tagdiv. They are doing promo price now so you can get them for $39 and $29 respectively on themeforest. If you don't have money you can get the theme online for free but its not adviceable because tye theme might contain malicious code. |
