My point is.. u cant sit in ur house and think u can think and reason for another man.. he has been in this business for years and he is still using them. That means they are providing him with the services he wants. He can hire whichever security aids he wants but he chose Mopol. Many rich and famous Nigerians use Mopol for such services..

what u need to understand is that the police u are exposed to, is not same police these rich guys use. I know what Im saying. Also, what makes someone competent is usually the available tools given to him or her. The police force dosent pay them, the individual or companies are responsible for the salaries of the police officers he trained.
