A stem of this plant was given to me by a nurse in a teaching hospital. The extract is dark red or purple in colour. It saved my life. Does anyone know the name of the plant? It is a wonder plant.

A stem of this plant was given to me by a nurse in a teaching hospital. The extract is dark red or purple in colour. It saved my life. I really wish I could get my hands on this. I have been suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for years now and the condition has hindered me from living.  It's unfortunate that the original poster deleted his account.
