FriendNG:Make I no deceive you, I find it very hard to believe. The religious ridge between Yoruba Muslims and Christians is expanding everyday, and I think this is due to that fact that many Muslims have woken up from their sleep. It wasn't like many years ago when many Muslims went to churches and the likes, our eyes are open now. Some months back, there was a Yoruba Christian I debated here that clearly admitted, he'll choose an ipob Christian over his fellow Yoruba Muslim. The truth is we're no longer gullible! The guy called Muslims all sort of name and even termed me a "bastard", so whenever I see them saying we're one. I highly doubt it, If you've noticed, you'll notice that many of the bigotic CAN statements come from Yoruba Christians and don't get me wrong, I have Christians in my family. I love them and won't allow anything bad happen to them. But the truth needs to be told, it wasn't like yesterday! |

EnkayDezign4:You’re almost there but not fully. He was the Chief of Staff Supreme Headquarters the equivalent of a VP in a democracy. During the military era in the 80s, the highest ruling body was the Supreme Military Council (SMC). It later became AFRC under Babangida who adopted the title CGS for his deputy and PRC under Abacha who also retained the CGS title for his deputy ![]() |

Demmzy15:Unequivocally speaking, "Altcraz" or similar name is the guy you're talking about. He started by attacking Ipob, then Muslim, when Yoruba come 4 his head, he said he mean Northern Muslims only. Later on he admitted all Muslims including Yoruba Muslim. |

Idiagbon’s style of leadership earned him a long line of powerful enemies, and they devised a way to get rid of him. However, they knew that the combination of Buhari and Idiagbon would be very difficult to dislodge. To neutralize the regime, Idiagbon had to be removed from the scene first before any attempt can be made to topple Buhari. |

IamaNigerianGuy:EFCC was to be established in 1999 according to what heard, but after Idiagbon's death, there wasn't any credible enough person to fill it and the plan was shelved |
| Re: Tunde Idiagbon's Burial: Buhari And Babangida Pictured (Throwback Photos) by laudate: 1:29am On Jan 06, 2018 |
iamrealdeji:No sir, EFCC was not to be established in 1999. What was established in 1999, was the Failed Contracts Tribunal. Idiagbon was asked to head it, but he declined. |

tunjijones:come to think of it,Idiagbon's children were going to Unilorin but is sending all his children abroad to study and he's still claiming man of integrity and expects all Nigerians to patronize Nigerian made goods. who is the real man of integrity? people have given Idiagbon's credibility to Buhari too much and they should ask for forgiveness because the dead can't defend himself |

May almighty God rest the soul of Idiagbon eternally. This astute soldier showed Nigeria and the world alike, that with a visionary, strong and disciplined leader at the top, any society can be changed for the better. Idiagbon transformed Nigeria into a disciplined country within six months |

iamrealdeji:To try which crimes ? In 1999 Abdulsallami had just handed over. The EFCC was established because by 2003 , 16 of the PDP governors were being investigated for corruption, as well as senators, businessmen, civil servants etc. Corruption matured under Obasanjo . |

Idiagbon transformed Nigeria into a disciplined country within six months. Then, nobody would tell Nigerians to queue up at busstops to board buses. They just do it. You didnt need to be policed not to throw the smallest dirt on the walkway. Buses queued and cars obeyed traffic rules. You dared not urinate by the sidewalk. Oh, rest in peace Idiagbon. The leader Nigeria never had. |

AnanseK:bad leadership forced people to be bad bro. many people involved in all you mentioned were once good too but like an Ilorin Islamic cleric,Dr Amin Oloun Oyin said, "Kosi ona ounje pelepele mo ni Nigeria" meaning there is nothing like surviving without blemishes anymore in Nigeria. and its due to bad leadership. many Nigerians used to be honest, trust worthy and all but since the government of the likes of IBB when the bad ones won and the good ones starve,he more like forced people to be bad and it continued like that and metamorphosed to what we have today |
