Oga hope this has been lying skills didn't enter 2018 with you.

CU isn't for the underqualified...
Why you think NUC and the Nigerian air force been courting CU lately?

I'm waiting for someone to come and say that CU bribed the NAF...

Ok..

But public universities in Nigeria came before private ones..

So you mean all your lecturers and Professors that graduated from OAU, UNILAG, UI, ABU etc.. are criminals?

Education is not for everybody, sadly the rejects of those Ivy league schools get admitted to private unis where they buy their way through.
The least any dullard can get in private uni is 2:1. I lie?

Go to public schools and see pass, expelled etc. Better thank your stars you have money to buy first class.

I wish I could reach the file for the applications to CU last year...
About 40% of their applicants had above 250...
So where's the dullard among them?

Please name the Ivy league schools in Nigeria...and I'll prove to you that they're living on past glory...

Just look up enactusng on google and you'll find the winners...
Look up Hultz price too, and you'll find a private school(s) there...
Did they bribe their way through? Was it black magic?

I am just laughing at them trying hard to defend private universities. Telling us it is some private universities that admit public universities left over.

CU doesn't take left overs...follow this trend, visit covenantuniversity.edu.ng from march or a few days after jamb; that's when they start selling forms...
Their screening will hold either in May, June or July...
List comes in August, resumption in same August or September...
When our list comes in August is when UI/Unilag/OAU will start selling their forms...

So, please point out where the spill over candidates are coming from; as of when CU, Abuad, LMU...and a few others matriculated, your elites/ivy league institutions were still battling with admissions list(releasing lists and withdrawing them) like amateurs...

We no dey chop ajekun...
Infact it was when I couldn't make it to CU last year that I even considered sitting for OAU's screening...

Check the statistics(Big Shaq) from 2017's admission process

How many private universities graduates have tangible achiements. Name them too.

They're many on twitter...
Lots of tech guys/girls... Entrepreneurs... Employees of multinationals...

Within the space of 10-20 years when the present generation of leaders have expired...
You'll get to feel and see the private and foreign schooled individuals more clearly...
I hear CU and Babcock have some of the best programmers.

Gerrara hia.
Private university ko, glorified primary schools where lecturers wipe students' buttocks after they poo...like in CU, ABUAD...
Is that one a school, where you build slaves? Most private university students are unable to be useful to their own selves. Imagine a school where students can not cook, cannot choose not to attend religious meetings, cannot hold their heads up and boldly declare their opinions in public...'cos if they do, Bishop would literally slap the hell out of them, or Bowen would make them all kneel down for a decade... Is that one a school where over 90 % of their students population are drug addicts..? If you doubt that, ask any student or lecturer who has been at ABUAD for a while. A school where students are on permanent lockdown...where students are not allowed to make their own mistakes and learn from them...

Private university education in Nigeria is poo. Including Covenant University. Yes, you heard me.

Universities are places where you not just get a certificate and get a chance to compete in life, it is also a place where you pick up essential social and relational and personal attributes. Go to OAU, UI, UNILAG, UNN...etc

As long as the slaves preform better than the freemen(public uni folks) in the long run .., there isn't any wahala...
How has the ability to cook affected the nation?
You had the whole of secondary school to learn to cook...and you have your holidays too...so that can't even be considered a valid point...

I wish you could explain your last paragraph...but as far as I know, the private uni graduates are well integrated in the society...
And it's not the gra-gra or thug life that matters...(cz that's all you see in dem public schools)

Make mistakes and correct them, like life is a pencil with a bunch of erasers attached ryt?

But he passed jamb while applying to OAU and FUTA ryt?
Did he also pass jamb b4 applying to CU?
Did CU accept him with below 200?

I've never scored below 200 in jamb, yet I've been bounced for 3 consecutive years...cz most of your useless public schools can't accept enough students...

They then resort to shortchanging the qualified candidates(under the guise of yeye quota system and catchment area) for some bunch of nitwits who can't even answer a question correctly when they write post utme...
I guess you heard about the unilag scandal and how they had to withdraw their admissions list... Even almighty UI withdrew theirs...

And you're telling me not to look to private schools where I can get my admission justly?
My 283 jamb score was wasted last year...I'm not ready to take chances this year...

It's private schools all the way...I didn't even consider any of those shitty public schools while filling my new jamb form...

I could post pictures of OAU's anglomoz hostel...imagine subjecting humans to the life of pigs...and cattles; bed bug ridden piece of shit...
I barely sat in Awo hall's buttery for 30minutes before begbugs kissed my skin...

bed bugs kwa grin
Are you a student of CU?

Guy, stop dusturbing me, i have someone there that went there cos he couldn't secure admissiin into OAU and Futa. Inly his parent money killed everything. Even have a guy that was expelled cos of his low cgpa and next is to opt to landmark university. Bros stop defending the obvious. No one is hating on private schools, we only saying the obvious
I'm stating the obvious(he passed jamb b4 getting in).

And he was turned down by FUTA and OAU because they don't have they carrying capacity for much students...and that's after they must have done the usual manipulation to the admissions list...

It may interest you to know that there many reasons why public universities in Nigeria are worst off. I wouldn't advice my enemy to attend them.
1. It is only public university that you run a PhD program of 3 years for 10 years, m.sc 5 years because you didn't bend except exceptional cases
2.It's only in public university that we see quota system,
3. There is incessant strikes,
4.They cultism thereby harassing students.
5. Their lecturers brag about failing students. For goodness sake why would a lecturer be happy if his or students fail
6. It is public universities that lecturers rarely come to class but the still collect pay
6. It is public universities that you see hostels similar to were pigs live. Imagine 8 persons to a room
7. It is public universities that their lecture halls are overcrowded, poor ventilation. Poor facility
8. To worsen it, many foreigners do not visit them again because they are living on past glory.
They only public university that make sense is university of Ibadan. Nothing like quota system or such in that university. No discrimination, manageable hostels e.t.c

Public Universities aid Criminality
Who doesn't know that Lautech is the Den of Internet Fraudsters? Public Universities generally aid all sorts of vices that are never found in Private Universities e.g Cultism, Cyber fraud, Sexual Assault etc. In contrast Private Universities are the true certifiers of "Character and Learning" - Students are monitored closely and there are huge consequences to erring which serves as deterrence to possible future offenders.
Also 99% of the Corrupt politicians in public service today graduated from public universities and started their criminality way from School. Have you heard of claims of OAU SUG looting association funds? Have you ever heard Covenant, Landmark and Abuad SUG loot anything even though they equally handle millions?
How can you use Lautech to judge public universities? This point is not valid at all. Yes I agree that many public universities breed cultism but not all as buttressed by your title and body.
