do I look like a girl to you?
You claimed he was rude so you must know him personally as his girlfriend

You already have one of the major requirements to get married which is money.Just look back and analyse why the 2 previous engagements didnt work.Possibly issue of ego from u or from the ladies or other attitudes and address it.Also pray to God to connect u with the one that will be on the same page with u.

I know.
But seriously, why are they making themselves difficult to find?
I don't understand. Why, hide at the background and allow fuckboiz, gold diggers, masochists take over. They should come out from their hiding and do the needful. Every woman admires a bold neat man, no matter how poor he thinks he is. He might look poor physically but his mind might be a gold mine waiting to be unleashed for great success, which he himself may or may not be aware of.

mehn arrogance got nothing to do with poor or rich....an arrogant person is an arrogant person, some people are arrogant naturally but it is because they do not have money that they have not displayed it,wealth only brings out the true nature of the person ...for every ten arrogant rich people I have also seen ten arrogant poor people.....arrogant people are everywhere whether rich or poor...go to mushin and you will know whether poor people are arrogant or not...

I know mushin area. With poor people their arrogance is labeled as being unnecessarily stubborn and strong headed, that's not arrogance They know, they don't have money per se, that's why they are stubborn and behave like no one can push them around. That's all it says about poor people's seemingly look of arrogance.
Their stubbornness is all they've got.

My sister am serious, I know his type. Forget that calm fine boy look. It's all a facade. Nothing there. Look at it this way, Which woman wey no like money, wealth and comfort? Every woman does including me. But look at this scenario, there are more upwardly independent women springing up here there ,to get to the level of successes they've attained. Also, Ladies also from rich homes are also there. And I know it's only the rich ladies or rich ladies with rich parents he will associate with and go on dates with. He won't even smell close to an average lady or poor lady from a humble background.

So tell me, which comfortable lady at this time and age, will want to marry an arrogant man? Who is cold and distant? Because he's Glo first son?
Abeggi! No one! He can swallow his wealth for all they care.

If he doesn't treat them right, their parents will be like be patient, you know he's the first son and he has so many responsibilities on his shoulder. Maybe it's stress at work or at home, thinking he will change. But when the lady wey wear the shoe, realise, this guy is not even changing one bit. He's still cold, thinking he's doing them a favour . Abeg fucvk off everything. He should go and marry his money. I don't need this shiit. I deserve care, respect and love. And they call the engagement off.
The ladies cannot be comfortable and be unhappy in marriage Nah? It doesn't make sense. It doesn't work like that. I can't get to where I am today and end up marrying a rich man who will make my life miserable. Heavens forbid. It can't work.

Except, If he goes to the village and marry a poor girl from a very poor home, one day she sef go wise and seek for divorce afterwards.

So he better change for correct woman to accept am, as husband. No be all these slay queens wey go chop, clean mouth and run.

My dear, you are so right. it's not a curse but reality.

The more they say girls are demons. Na those demons in female like human form, go come their way. They will never see a good girl to marry. Cause thats what they say everyday, day in, day out.
Such men I don't even date sef. I keep them as friends and at arm's length.

That's what I told one guy, he's in his mid 30s claiming ladies are bad, everytime ladies are this, ladies are wicked. I then told him, guy! This your complain Don taya me, Na only get heartbreak for this life? Have had my own shares of it too. But I don't cry about it everyday. Haba!

Whatever u prophesy from your mouth , thats what u will get. U can't prophesy bad everytime and expect good.
Life doesn't work that way. There's power in the tongue and mind. You are simply doing yourself, you are not doing me. He then kept quiet and was looking at me. I just drag remote from his hands dey watch my TV series dey go.

They are simply cursing themselves.

Ha! My dear that's where u are wrong cheesy

I love very extremely handsome gushingly rich and disciplined guys.
Am not scared of competition. I even want ladies to be dieing and gushing for breathe when they see us walking together or see him strolling down the street. It increases my adrenaline. Infact it turns me, I become wet sharp sharp. Infact it drives me crazy with desire cheesy
Omo! You won't understand. Na me understand how my body systems and brain works.

The man I will eventually marry ehn! By God's grace, I will take care of his wardrobe, meals and all. He must stand out. That's for sure.
That's just me

So long as he sincerely loves me and will stand by me thru thick and thin. Then it's finished. Say no more.

How come you are putting all the blame on him even without knowing his story? What if he discovered the ladies were unfaithful to him? One thing I know for sure is that, it is generally becoming more difficult for us to get married these days because of how bad the society is. Some love and trust with all of their hearts, and still get burnt. Money isn't enough to keep a lady who doesn't have loyalty in her genes. Average/poor folks are getting married daily and still separating within a short while(we all read the stories on nl everyday). The more you progress in life(financially and otherwise), the more it becomes difficult to choose a partner. You have to deal with several buts and what its. Most of us (young men and women)aren't married at our age not by choice, but due to circumstances beyond our control. I miss when "I love you" meant a great deal to us. Today, " I love you " is like saying good morning, how far or what's up. Until we all decide to be honest with our feelings be loyal and responsible, we all(rich, average and poor) would continue to find getting married, a big problem.

God bless you for this comment.

Why won't they hide when all 90% of Nigerian girls think about when they are looking for a man is how rich he is.

You can't understand the feeling a guy feels when he approaches a girl and she looks down on him like shit, because he is still struggling. As Davido said, "if you no get money, hide your face." Struggling (but hard working and ambitious) guys will keep hiding their face till they make it, and 90% of Nigerian girls of marriageable age will keep searching for that "made guy." Na so!

You got engaged twice in 2 years and couldn't marry any of them while your mate or even a man from the East you senior indicated his willingness to get married and in 7 days, the deal was sealed.

Go and continue playing Playstation in your father's sitting room. Marriage is not for small boys like you!

No! That's wrong!

Don't be intimidated by anyone, no matter what!

Don't hide your face!

Don't hang out with David and his crew all because u want to belong. You will regret such actions. Stay your lane and work steadily to your goals.

For example, you attend an interview and u are Looking for a job. Do u give up on that first day of interview, u were treated badly? No u don't! U still keep sending CVS, you keep attending other interviews when called upon, dust your only suit and shine that shoe ,uv always kept for things like this, shake off every bad feeling u have lurking at the pit of your tummy, and give it your best shot, until the right company who needs your expertise contacts u and employs you.

In life you don't give up.
This life we are in today, is for the bold and those who are ready to create a niche for themselves in the society. Whether society or ladies like it or not. You won't give up, you are here to stay. You are not shying away. One day, u go make am.
Life Na turn by turn.

Let his intelligence speak for him even when the guy has no millions of naira to throw around.

Some day, he will come and across a lady who will appreciate him and work with him. I know some women want ready made man but at the end. There's still someone out there, who may catch your fancy. There are average ladies, comfortable ladies, even hustling ladies out there, all they need is show u are working towards your goals, be sIncere and loyaL. That's all. Nothing more and during that process they will test him, if he fails? Bye bye. Himself go know deep in his deep in his heart say he fucvk up. And he will move on and crawl into hiding again.

So the issue is that. Don't give up. Don't make yourself invinsible. Don't box yourself into one corner. Your voice must be heard, by through what means? What u have upstairs.

Not behaving am a smart guy o

Nooo

Show u have brains and u are working towards your goals shikena.

Mechanics, panel beaters, rewires, recharge card sellers, farmers, tailors, cleaners, cooks, who dey marry them? Spirits Abi? is it not the same women we are talking about? And look at their wives, pretty and Humble. What else does a man want again?

I know of a cook who married a banker. She drives venza, given to her by her bank he drives too. She has even finished paying for it last December.

A recharge card seller who sponsored his wife abroad to further her studies, in between she invited him over after 3years with their 6years old son. What would u say about that?

A pry 6holder guy who is a tailor married to a female doctor that drives a jeep. He drives it along with her

I know them personally, this one no be fabu. But u wont know unless them tell u. That's reality. And women are proud of their husbands.

Real life story

You are what you attract. Nowadays many people are deficient of even the basic characters needed in relationship. That is why we have many failed relationships and marriages these days. And the rate is quite alarming. People should seriously work on themselves to become better individuals.
