It It True That Passport Reissue Is Done Only In Abuja? by booblacain(op): 12:05pm On Jan 09, 2018*

An agent at the ikoyi passport office just told me reissue of international passports for damaged ones is not done in Lagos, that I would have to go to Abuja for that.

I want to know how true this is.

My passport got damaged in a flood.

Passport re-issue can now be done in Lagos.

Please go to Nigeria Immigration Service , Ikoyi and make enquiries.
Someone i know got a re-issued passport in Lagos.
As a matter of fact, i am getting mine re-issued for certain reasons.

If the OP passport is to be reissued after expiration then it can be done anywhere rather OP passport was damaged and he will be applying for replacement which is handled only at abuja.
