Average people know... Xiaomi uses good Lens but their Camera software is a BIG let down.

If you're not a pro to master the manual settings, getting a clean shot is almost impossible except on a bright sunny environment.

China rom displays normally just like your global rom with english been the only option you can use for now thou,
And it even has more features embeded than the global rom .

Since Chinese ROM doesn't come with Google Play store, how easy is it to install, is it a direct process or one will have to root or follow a complicated procedure?

Your apps are in english language,except for some few preinstalled apps that are in Chinese I think.

And yes it is pretty easy to install Google Play, all you need is to install Google installer apk.
