just last week?? You need to be castrated to even think of sex now after offloading at most a 3kg baby from that hole. She was probably given a surgical episiotomy which needs time to heal or it will break down. 6 weeks tops if all go well. She needs to be certify fit by a medical professional.

Hmmm, men and sex!!! I am happy that majority of men that have commented knew the prize of giving birth no be moinmoin.
It takes a lot of time before a woman's body return to normal after birth though it varies but whether normal delivery or through CS u should at least give her 6wks. We r not saying that she must be compulsorily ready by six wks. grin

She may start bleeding because the mouth of cervix is still tender and some other complication may set in if not giving enough time.
