thought he said he just noticed after fixing the screen? If he'd used it after the fall and b4 fixing the screen, then its likely to be the technician's fault. Maybe the can isn't connected.

He should not accuse them of any wrongdoing yet. Maybe he shd open it up and check it connector is in place. If in place, be ready for replacement!

it's a very nice to go offer sef. You can later install global rom on it when it's out but you may enjoy the Chinese rom and forget global rom sef grin
