Do the right thing don't smuggle.
First register ur company with CAC #15k biz name or 60k incorporation
Then take sample to Nafdac for registration.

If the quantity isn't much (sample) you can go ahead and import without that as it is personal use.
But for commercial quantity you need SONCAP. The manufacturer obtains it after a visit to their factory by SON officials but they usually charge importer a small fee to process the certificate.
