Had some few occational lags after updating to 7.0.
A few app crashes.
Just upgraded now, i hope it'll fix them

Try each solution one after the other;

If you disabled some app, re-enable them.
If you used mobile data, use someone's Wi-Fi hotspot to connect and check Play store.
Also, check and make sure the date and time is correct.


If all fails, try replacing it.
Download Google Playstore from here...the one that ends in [O].

Make sure you have a working internet with enough MB. It is critical you get this right as the app will have to communicate with Google server for setup.

Install the downloaded app and run.
Once setup is completed, do not reboot yet. It will do some automatic install for Instant app, Webview etc.


If Google Play store still refuses to open, wipe your phone and restart. This time start Google Play after you are done setting it up.

If you are concerned about losing your text messages, use the Backup and Restore feature on Infinix to back up your contacts, notes, txt messages etc to SDCard. You can also back up the apps you installed manually.
For Whatsapp, backup the chats to your gdrive.
For every other thing, move to SDCard.

Ads pop? Use Ads blocker in Opera mini settings or check if install an app running background ads

How long have you been using the phone.. I doubt if it's from the Battery..

Either your Charging port is faulty or you have a bug that affects the Battery.. Have you tried to factory reset the phone or Update?

You have a buggy ROM. The android needs to be reloaded on a fresh OS.. I don't think there's a carl care Center in Enugu.

Just try and visit a reputable phone Plaza around your area and they'll resolve the issue.
