I have been having problems opening my google play store with my email address and i cant download any app on my new phone as a result of this issue. Though i bought the phone fair used(london used). It keep showing me redeem some issh or so. Please u guys should help me out |

Is there a Google account signed into the phone?... If so you need to sign out the account first. It would have been better if you sent a screenshot or something so that we can help you 2 Likes |

The only reasonable thing to do is just do a factory set and sign in to a fresh G Account. or if you don't want to lose data on the phone, just Go to settings and enter >Apps Find >Playstore App Press >Clear Data Do the same thing for the Google Play Services App |
