NYC..... Brilliant sunshine...freezing cold!...Queens....mainly residential....

NYC....Queens...Liberty Ave..... train runs overhead. With our excellent maintenance and safety culture can you imagine ehmmm....let me shut up.

NYC...Brooklyn. This is a long distance shot from a flyover on the southern edge of Brooklyn. The high rises/skyscrapers are miles away on the north of Brooklyn....and a few are wayyy over in Manhattan. The tallest building ...more to the left..is World Trade Center... the second tallest..more to the right..is my favourite building under con s truction...both in Manhattan.

NYC....Hmmm...interesting. Outside Chipped Cup...a coffee/Internet cafe in Harlem. So after learning about this... I now go to another spot in the area.

NYC...Queens...JFK International Airport....American Airlines section. Parked planes...car parking lot... don't like reading?...don't drive!

NYC...Akata women lazy? The hustle is real.....females doing 'men's jobs'. Fine young Akata driving and delivering for USPS.... can you imagine our fine young ehmmm....let me shut up.

NYC..... I thought a church had to be at least a certain distance away from a liquor store in order to ehmmm.....separate the spirits.

NYC......the rebuilding. Posted the foundation of this site sometime back..... the building has now surfaced......going up to ...57? storey. Pumping cement. Will folllow. I always thought a steel frame had to be there first...but noooo.....they just keep adding on floor after floor!

NYC...my hangout area...my #1 food stop...Papasito....supermarket with a kiitchen....belly filling finger-licking Dominican foods!

NYC...In the heart of Manhattan..... streets or avenues.... high rises upon high rises....non stop.

NYC....Atlantic Mall...Brooklyn. New corporate look if McDonald's...the fat fast food giant. Upscale Sushi (uncooked fish) restaurant.

NYC...besides yellow cabs and green cabs....there are Uber, etc...unmarked...private looking cars. Private cars...passengers not insured...Comercial cars...passengers are covered. How can one tell?...plate number. Begins with letter T. Most popular brand in this city? Toyota...and model?...Camry.

I think you meant to say concrete.

I personally feel New York is a place that i'll like to visit, not live. That's why i asked if there were surburban areas that are not entirely built up.

Only visit this city if you have energy, I'm sure there's a lot going on, plus the traffic will be mad. The stress level of anyone living here will be high AF, i wonder if people hustling here have time for Central Park, Flushing Meadows and the likes

Don't like NYC architecture?!.....I never paid attention to architecture until I got here.... you have no choice when you see fully functional buildings from the 1800's to today's cutting edge buildings....from buildings made of stone to those of lots of glass!
There are open spaces.... very big public parks in each borough..... Flushing Meadows in Queens.... Prospect Park in Brooklyn and in the concrete jungle of Manhattan is the biggest park...Central Park.
