It was David Ibiyeomie members that locked her up.
Read her story, the men she called pastors who were her prosecutor ain't pastors but influential member in the church who were enraged by her story towards their pastor.

TRust me that Ibiyeomie wasn't aware of her persecution all these while.

It was on Saturday that a chief in Abonema (Name withheld) wrote to Ibiyeomie telling him about her ordeal.
Am sure it was there that Ibiyeomie had come into the case

”Hey come to the church, my lawyers will be there, we agree on a gentleman agreement, you repent and give your life to Christ, I pray for you and you give public testimony of our encounter and all charges against you will be dropped”

When you make enemies in life you must be prepared for what ever comes with it. Doing her job as a blogger even though she was hated was the right thing. So no matter what you do you don't go begging those you once attacked especially when the won the battle. Is just like Antonio Conte going to beg Jose Mourinho tomorrow... Even if she is dying of hunger she shouldn't have. Pride cometh before a fall.... But sometimes it's better to fall with your pride intact.

I hhave details of her. A chief in Abonema who happens to be Kemi father friend wrote a letter to David Ibiyeomie on Saturday. I read that letter. A copy of Kemi letter was attached in that letter. She was pleading for forgiveness and asking Ibiyeomie to pray for her . Her handwriting is weird .
It was there that I learnt that she is a single mum with 3 kids. I read that letter, snap it but deleted it cos someone might see and leak it out.


Those men she is talking about are influential members of the church who were actually the ones that locked her up.
I saw the Chief that pleaded on her behalf yesterday in the church.

So don't conclude stuff if you don't know a shit about it.

Truth is Kemi has been broken and she has come to God for help and thank God she got her help

Good to hear a first hand experience account.

The thing is Kemi's repentance will proof out with time, I don't not see Kemi as someone that will repentance and get off the public square like Stephanie Otobo.

You could be right that, she is indeed broken, or she did it just to get out of jail free....whichever the case, time will tell.

Though, I do n't buy your argument that, it was those men that locked her...if by that; you are insinuating that the Pastor does not have a hand in it. In Nigeria jurisprudence, just like most places in the world; you have to prove standing for you to sue anyone and if you are not injuried by the party been accused, you do not have any standing to bring a case against that individual...In essence, those guys don't have standing, but the Pastor does.

You took the words right out of my mouth. I always supported her in this particular case, we need strong will people/bloggers/journalists like her (former her) in this country to keep politicians and public figures on their toes at all times.

I hope this is not true. If indeed true I think she is mentally challenged as has been alleged in certain quarters before.

She been bullied into submission. That pastor that thinks of himself as christlike should bury his head on shame. His using the people's money and corrupt system to oppress the weak. If he is truly a man of god,why should he be bothered about whatever anybody says about him?
