For those that did physical verification but yet to receive SMS till now, what should such person do? This same person did not receive SMS invite for physical verification but his name came out at the verification center and he has done his verification successfully.

they sent me a password.
my phone number is my username.

okk.. but hope the password was not bvn. because my phone number is in theeir data base as a username in 2016 application, and they desqualified me. applied again with the same phone number and was selected. i just hope they rectify the phone number which already exist in anoother account. because I can still login into the account but it shows desqualified...

l did not get sms but when l login through the pre-selection menu online, my name was there, l did my physical verification(at local govt) as well by submitting my credentials...... l just want enter to view my profile and update my bank details.
