I live in a mini-flat in Ojo axis of lagos. My area falls under the EKDC. My Nepa bill started rising from August last year. It started 6k to 9k to 11k to 15k now we are at 19,800. Approcimately 20000. This bill is for two mini flat ie me and my neighbour. This implies each of us will contribute appeoximately 10k to clear this bill. In a house where the annual rent is 300k. Going with this trend my house rent will soon surpass my rent. What can i do about this please |
