I'm saying this to discredit fcmb as a bank and beseeching fellow nairalanders if possible,close your account with this useless bank.
on 27 November last year where I was serving,I did a POS withdrawal at my Nysc camp at kwara state,I was debited the sum of N50000 but the transaction proved unsuccessful.so right from them I have sent mails to thier help desk ie customersolutions@fcmb.com, I have also called customer care,I have also been to more than 10 fcmb branches but all to no avail.they keep telling me that they are trying to contact the merchant.
the merchant uses an fcmb pos machine,I too I used an fcmb atm card,why should contacting the merchant take forever.please fcmb I need my 50k back or you guys won't know peace.for crying out loud we are in recession,50k is too big to lose,and every passing day the money reduces value.fcmb give me my money ASAP or I don't mind going to the daily tabloids to protest this inhumane treatment.my account number 1836021017

Had similar experience with UBA, since 7th of Dec, a failed transaction and haven't been refunded close to 2 months now.

fcmb sha. opened an account with them and I ticked visa card dem gimme verve, I said I no want text msg alert them dash me com dey deduct #6/msg I taya o.

so because your 50k freeze make we close our acct? u tink say na mmm?

Fcmb bank is useless,when you want to transfer send otp na wahala,when u withdraw money send debit alert na wahala sometimes,the best bank so far is zenith fcmb is useless bank,they collect more than the amount they should even collect before even reaching the end of the month mteewww FCMB is fraud am sure of it

Not so many people will agree with Diamond, as a Sweet bank.

Oga, it is a Nigerian factor, not fcmb. I use only fcmb and standard chartered, all other bank accounts are dormant. Fcmb gives me the sweetest online banking experience.
