Why Were Eve's Eyes Not Opened Until Adam Ate?

When looking closely at Genesis 3:6–7, one can't help but wonder why Eve's eyes were not opened until Adam ate and what exactly Scripture means by, "their eyes were opened?"

The serpent(devil) already knows good n evil. So of course he was able to whine eve n she fell for it. Now since her eyes were now opened, d devil left the whining for her to do on adam. That's why she was able to convince him.

What would had happened (or how was humanity meant to be) IF Eve hadn't eaten the fruit?

My own wonder comes from the fact that God who is supposed to be all knowing decided to create man even when he knew that creating that one man and woman will ultimately lead to billions of people perishing in hell for eternity. Why the hell did God create man? What is it that he and his angels couldn't do that they had to create man for? Then put a temptation for man in the garden? The same all knowing God knew the snake was tempting eve and that she would fall and he did nothing until it happened then he was quick to rush out to punish all of mankind including billions who were unborn when the said transgression took place. Why not just destroy Adam and eve and at least only two people would have suffered rather than billions? The Bible still has a lot of questions to answer because from the story I've read in Genesis, there is only one person to blame for the tragedy of man both on earth and eternity and that is God!!! He shouldn't have created us at all!! I for one know that if I had been given a choice to either come to this world or not, I would have chosen not to come to this world with all it's evil and wickedness. Asking why Eve's eyes were not open is immaterial, if God had just stopped creating on the sixth day, or if he had not placed that tree in the garden as temptation, we won't be in this mess. The way I see it, it's like God deliberately created man and set man up to fail and perish for eternity while saving only a few for reasons that only him knows
