The federal government said they are criminals and not terrorists

IPOB is worst than Boko haram and Fulani herdsmen combined

No single ethnic group in Nigeria can defeat other ethnic groups joined together..

With what is going on.. If all Nigerians rise against the Fulanis.. all the Nigerian security apparatus cannot save them.

Brutai should be careful.. The Army has passed the era of obey before complain. Senior officers were fired at by soldiers up in Bornu.. If the Nigerian Armed Forces ever become tribalised openly and actively.. There wont be Nigeria again.

There is no version of this story where the Fulanis comes out victorious.

Wise words.

The Fulani herdsmen are the most cowardly
& destructive set of human beings.

You never see them attacking towns
or cities.

Its always small, defenceless, underpopulated, remote
villages & innocent villagers.

Mind you, the Bachama ppl are no pushovers,
like the Tiv "munchis"
they'll deliver as much as they receive.

Watch out!!

Why now?
Why 2018 when it's just a year to go.

Nigerians need to start thinking.

U really confidently post that these attacks started in 2018? Where were you when these herdsmen demons started becoming more daring immediately their life patron became president? All the Agatu, Enugu, Delta and Abia attacks happened in 2018 right?
These diehard political obeisance that blinds u to glaring facts will get the better of u.

Crooked Politicians will always create some vigilante group to forward their political goals.

In the history of Nigeria, we have had so many of such groups...

Today, the name of the reigning group is "Fulani herds men". They are not necessarily Fulani, and they are definitely not herdsmen (where is their herd).

The aim of these moves is to create distrust among Nigerians. This distrust and division has always existed but the aim is to deepen this distrust.

By doing this, people stop to reason rationally and votes will be based on these sentiments. Similar strategy that is being used by Donald Trump and his party... Only without the violence.

At the end of the day, the people suffer.

The reason why the "Fulani herdsmen" are invincible is because they are a well funded group of mercenaries. To know who is their sponsor, we only need to ask the big question... Who really benefits from all this violence in the next elections.
Ask yourself why Buhari is doing nothing except telling people through Audu Ogbeh,to give Fulani lands for cattle colonies. He did a lot against Niger Delta,Ipob etc but when it comes to Fulani herdsmen whether fake or real, everybody can see his body language.

You said; "Today, the name of the reigning group is "Fulani herds men". They are not necessarily Fulani, and they are definitely not herdsmen (where is their herd)." How do you know this? Did you conduct a census, or did you interview the attackers personally one-on-one? If they are not Fulani, maybe they are Efik or Ibibio, right? Most of those attacked within various communities in the middle-belt, have stated clearly in their accounts that their attackers spoke Fulfude and a mixture of Hausa. Is Fulfude taught at secondary school level?

Hello? IPOB already bears the unpleasant and false tag of 'terrorist' and that is why once any person, Igbo or not, IPOB member or not, makes a statement critical of buhari, his govt and the fulani herdsmen, y'all label such person(s) IPOB ie terrorist.

So, yes, all perpetrators of madness so far recorded are fulani herdsmen and they are murderers, including the owners of the cattle who are their sponsors. Is it not a fulani prof that said Benue is conquered territory? Have u heard any fulani person whether low or highly placed refute that statement? Did Miyetti not accept responsibility for the attacks and claim it was a revenge mission? Did one of their reps not say that their god created them to value cattle even more than their lives or the lives of other humans?

I have thought it through and yes, they are ALL terrorists, murderers and evil demons.

I'm not asking you to believe the report.

I'm not asking you to even believe even me.

All I'm asking is that you read and question everything.

We have read the Daily Trust report, and it confirms that the Fulani killer herdsmen a.k.a terrorists, attacked Numan in Adamawa state, and killed different people. So where is the lie in the whole story, here? Is it that you think the body count is different, or that the attack did not occur? Which one is it? It is sad that there is no regard for human lives, in Nigeria. Even if only one person was killed, it should be reported and the attackers brought to book!

Urgently needed, resolution of the deadly Numan farmer/herder clashes | By Timawus Mathias |

I am writing today in shame. All my hopes and entreaties for patience, tolerance and reconciliation in my hometown Numan failed. Numan is where Bachama farmers and Fulani herders have clashed, leaving a deadly trail.

The expected Fulani reprisal on the Bachama indeed came and it has been even more bloody and deadly. Lawaru, Dong, Kikon, and Shaforon have been sacked and the body count could rise above 50, and include two Village Chiefs. The armed herdsmen attacked in broad daylight and literally mauled the common folk in their path. This is in reprisal for the earlier raiding of a Fulani camp in Kikon, that saw to the shocking killing of women and children, itself a reaction to the previous shooting dead of a farmer and his son, in an altercation with a herder.

For Numan itself, the cows had all left the grazing fields, hundreds of thousands of them. The rivers’ waters ran free, their lush valleys abandoned, herders had taken all their flocks up the dry mountains. Farmers in trepidation, farm and harvest implements abandoned for crude weapons of war and destruction, or self defence. Today, Numan stands on edge as rumours of war rent the air, emptied of most of its mixed ethnic inhabitants - the spectacle is hard to believe.....

In the abundance of land and water for cropping and grazing, drums of war are beating, and those without weapons are at the mercy of the armed. Folks waiting to be attacked and to defend themselves and their land. https://www.dailytrust.com.ng/urgently-needed-resolution-of-the-deadly-numan-farmer-herder-clashes.html

What is all these nonsense? I have seen you supporting Yoruba on nairaland but I doubt you are Yoruba.Yorubas are not heartless like this for God's sake.Even Myetti Allah has not denied the attacks but instead issuing threats.Tell me why a lot of the Fulani bigwigs are not condemning these bloodletting. The Buhari Lam Adeshina story I read really got me thinking.

And I am sure you skipped the part where it was stated that the Bachama had earlier attacked the Fulani, because those Fulani had initially shot dead a farmer and his son, in an altercation with a herder. Earlier you claimed the report was false, now you are splitting hairs about the word 'reprisal.' Is this part of your efforts to justify the Fulani killing indigenes or residents of 4 villages in Numan, within Adamawa state? Or is it part of your efforts to blame Bachama militia for killing Fulanis, within one community in retaliation, for the way they shot at other indigenes? Or is it part of your efforts to downplay the killing of an innocent farmer and his son, by the Fulani herdsmen? Which one?

I cannot at this point claim it never happened and I would be stupid to say otherwise now.

However, the facts are clear:

1. This is a communal war between Fulani and Bachama

2. The OP claimed scores were killed while Channels claims 3 - if that has no undertone to it then I guess you really are not seeking the truth.

3. Both sides have displayed such savagery that it would be wrong to do so.

I would use this point to explain why the news was to be doubted.

The Facebook page is obviously a spoof.

The friends of the owner of the Facebook page claimed they had already killed the Fulani men.

Posted below.

As I am not interested in a back and forth over this.

I would like ro state that many cases of such are actually untrue and if you dig deeper into those cases you would find no such record anywhere else but some Facebook page.

You are free to call me any name .

I do not swallow everything I've been told without questioning.

I do not call people names, unless those people have earlier called me names. sad Then, I give them a taste of their own medicine.

The Facebook page stated scores had been killed. The Daily Trust report stated that the death toll could be as high as 50, and that 4 villages in Numan in Adamawa were attacked. Only Channels says it was 3 people. It is difficult to understand how 4 villages were attacked, but only a casualty figure of 3 people was given. Has it ever occurred to you, that Channels may have received wrong or inaccurate information?

I have read media reports about a particular fire incident before in 5 different newspapers, and heard it broadcast on 2 news channels. Each of the media houses gave conflicting figures of the casualties recorded. Does it mean that each of them were wrong, or all of them were right?

Even if it is reported that only 3 people died, should it not call for grave concern and an immediate action on the part of the authorities? Should it be downplayed like you have just done, in your bid to exonerate one group, from the heinous crime?
