First Xenophobia are not caused by educated South Africans or white South Africans it's caused by uneducated South Africans and street kids (agberos). and their prostitudes. Every country these group of people street kids, (Agberos, prostitudes and illiterates) donn't have say in the society but in South Africa these people have say more than everybody. South Africa was been managed by whites and it has come to a certain level where they have advanced prisons, ( comfortable ) so these frustrated elements always want to go to prison because they will be sure of 3 square meals, TV, beds, comfort e.tc compare to being outside cos they sleep on the street hence they always want to comit crime.

Before 1994 black South African where not allowed to go to their towns but after their freedom they are now allowed to go their and feel important or answer real ''South Africans'' since they are not contributing anything for a better society.

All these factors are too sophisticated for them (illiterates) to comprehend hence the only option is to regroup themselves and go attacking foreigners any time they feel the economy is geting harder.

The government and educated South Africans are never in surport of these (xenophobia) and them (educated once) are also scared of these frustrated elements cos they also dont want to be attacked.

The only solution will be to build a harsh prison environment for these uneducated South Africans.
