It not frequent, just once in a while.

So I told Hubby to do a perineum massage for me yesterday. The whole thing re-awakened my labour fear..I couldnt evn stand it for 2 mins..there was a sharp stinging pain in that area when he was doing the massage,I just told him to stop..chai..I was jst imagining how it will feel like when baby starts coming out and the head begins to press on the perineum or how will I be able to deal with the VE check when the time comes? Any mama here who does a perineum massage, how was it like for you?

Get Gestid.Some rules:eat in small portions and don't lie down immediately after eating.Hope dis helps.

U can take a glass of warm milk or mist mag. I used gelusin when I was preggy.

Physiotherapy department use to advertise the thing like say tomorrow no dey.
My husband no gree me register. Say I want to go give another man his property to massage

Amen my able cappo..dis past week jus left me confused,!! last Tuesday d gynae did a sweep and said he was expecting me bk dat nite or d next day.true d contractions started being regular (or so I thought) dat I packed up my bag in prep for d main one only for it to stop all of a sudden at abt midnyt of dat day till nw. so na siddon look I de nw.will be 40 wks tmrw.

Try to avoid laying on your right side, lay more on your left. Take water based fruits, the likes of watermelon, cucumber........

To ur question, it's very possible but try to figure out why you're not sleeping... confess positively what you want. The Lord gives his beloved sleep, so I'll sleep well & wake up stronger.. cheers.

For the sleepless night, try not to sleep during the day so you cn sleep at night. sumtimes it's jst d pregnancy package dat ll pass so jst bear it.

Ehhhm to cut a long story short I AM BACK AGAIN like play like play to Team Sept 2018.

It was my ovulation day last month and was about to have some fun with hubby(we use CD as means of protection) When "I" suggested we carry out an experiment on myself and see what will happen by doing without CD. Ehmmm I don't know that spirit that prompted me to say dt. Hubby agreed and here I am today and he is jubilating around calling himself a sharp shooter
I still thank God for this gift. And I pray for all TTC mothers may God answer your prayers and grant you your heart desires
